What We Do

We are Trial Lawyers. We represent the accused at all stages of the criminal process throughout Tennessee state courts. We seek to ensure due process,  justice, and equality under the law. We speak up and defend the rights of those who cannot speak for themselves. We use our written and oral advocacy skills to zealously advance our clients position and obtain the best possible result.

Why We Do It

We are guided by faith and believe in purposes greater than our own. We aspire to serve others with the gifts we have received.

We believe every person in the criminal justice system needs a defense attorney. Indeed, the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides, the accused shall enjoy the right to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
